Willie came to handle my maintenance requests in a prompt manner. Christy, the property manager, kept in touch with me frequently to update me on when someone could come out and checked with me to make sure everything was taken care of. Maintenance is awesome and Christy has been absolutely amazing since we’ve moved here in March. I have to add that the front office staff is also very kind and helpful. I have no complaints!

I have lived in this complex for almost 3 years. I recently moved from a smaller, older unit into a larger, renovated unit. I love it! The finishings are beautiful and the added space for my family is wonderful. Management worked closely with me through the entire transition from my previous unit to this one and were absolutely amazing and helpful.

Absolutely do not sign a lease here. I lived here for over a year. After inspection and signing off on the apartment, I received a letter months later claiming that I owed up to a thousand dollars in "damages" claiming that I owed them for new paint, kitchen, carpet, etc. I sent a letter asking for an itemized receipt, photos of the damages in question, as well as a link to he Florida law showing that they were outside of their window to request payments for such things anyways. Never received a response. Fast forward 8 months and I notice a hit to my credit - I had been reported to a credit agency without ever being contacted further. No phone call, no response, no letter. Upon looking the agency up I saw that it was 1 star and they instantly starting asking for my personal info such as ssn despite not even having a record of my phone number, email, or address. I am now in the process of disputing this and even though I will get it resolved in the end, it is a huge pain. DO NOT SIGN LEASE. Absolutely slimey business practices and extremely unprofessional. EDIT/UPDATE: After going through a bunch of legal hassles with a credit collection agency and asking for proof, showing documentation, and referencing the law, they dropped the charges/account. Proof that they had no ground to stand on and were just trying to shake people down for money. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!

Just moved in. A few adjustments needed to b made. Paul was our tech. Skilled, professional, friendly.Erika from the office has also been such a huge help to us. Haven't had much contact with anyone else but these 2 individuals are a huge asset to Hunter's Crossing. Look so forward to a long and pleasant stay in our new home.
