Totally recommend this place! I was with them for over a year never once had a complaint about anything! From the storage units, cleanliness, to the staff & service everything was great specially the young lady in the front she was lovely! Would go back in a heartbeat when needed! Thankyou 👍

DONT COME HERE YOU CAN’T ACCESS YOUR UNIT AFTER 6 DESPITE THE INFORMATION PUBLISHED. Extremely poor customer service. Their website and their hours do not match. I showed up at 6 PM with a truck, the website says there’s access until 7 PM. The last email I received from them says that I have access until 9 PM. I entered my code and it said that they were closed I went to the office and the woman inside yelled from behind the counter that they were closed I said I’m aware that they are closed in the office however I just need access to my unit it says I have until 7 PM at least. She pointed at the window and said that they were closed. (The window only has office hours it does not have anything listed for access hours.). The woman had an attitude And continued to yell from across the way, she grew in anger as I continued to ask her to repeat herself A problem that could have been easily mitigated had she at least come within a descent eat shot in order to address my concern. She was extremely unprofessional unfriendly and unhelpful giving attitude and yelling passive aggressive remarks instead of addressing my concern of access hours. The individual next to her just sat there in silence. The last thing I was able to hear her say was to call the property manager so they could tell me that they were closed. She was extremely rude. The website does not have any information about changes of hours. She could have came to the door and at least explained that there were errors instead of yelling smart remarks. I rented a truck and have to now keep it another day on-top of being treated so rudely.

This place has been really good, so far. It’s Inexpensive compared to other storage facilities. The service is really good. Eva at the front desk helped me get the unit i wanted. She made sure I had all the info I needed. She’s super attentive and nice. Very clean, I was able to bring in and store a lot of boxes and things from my move. They really are a blessing.
