Since Bell took over it’s bad! The trash is out of control overflowing dumpsters and the grounds behind our building haven’t been cut in a year. Noise is a problem now and the office WILL NEVER CALL BACK or REPLY to issues. Big trucks double park all over so parking at night can be an issue. Going down hill fast! THE 2nd photo is this week. This is now every Saturday until Monday. Valet trash now skips us once a week and they’re part of the trash issue throwing community trash in the recycle bin. Now they’re raising rent $300 a month when the community is getting worse not better!
