I toured this property yesterday and I must say; this property is amazing! All of the amenities are up-to-date. The staff is amazing. Brandon was my tour guide and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, patient, and welcomed me with a warm friendly greeting. A-1 customer service! He sold me on moving to Seven Pines! I completed my application and now just patiently waiting to hear back. I’m excited about this journey with hopes of being a tenant.

Great tour of property with Brandon today. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. I was greeted with a smile by all staff when I entered and exited the leasing office which is a rarity so I greatly appreciated it. Large community but very quiet which is another plus!
