My mom just moved into the Memory Care section from the Independent Living side. The entire team made the transition extremely easy and were on top of things. The staff is very nice and seems genuinely concerned for the residents.

The caregivers & medtechs are lazy and have some nasty Attitudes .. I see why a lot of these assistants living home are understaffed. Low pay on top of dealing with people who needs to be in nursing homes and the nasty staff etc. This not an environment I want to be in. Can’t even get train properly to get to know the residence! One of the worst places I worked at! Management has absolutely no control ! Drama and VERY UNorganize ! Residents are being neglected . Caregiver sitting in their car most of the time Or residents are left in dirty depends for hours. Robin the ED doesn’t have control of this place she to busy being friends with people. Etc

My mother is a new resident in the Memory Care division of The Mansions at Alpharetta. Executive Director, Robin Washington made the move in seamless. We can now rest easy knowing my mother is in a great place. We appreciate every Staff Member at The Mansions and look forward to seeing my mother flourish at this community.
