Some of the care staff sucks! Kimberley the resident coordinator has a click she favors. You have Nate who is now a so called supervisor but he doesn’t do nothing, he’s messy , not qualified, immature, and extremely conniving! Etc The New ED is already coming in showing she messy and not approachable! Bri a med tech comes off as nice but sneaky and fake. There are two med tech that actually do their job and one been there since the doors open and they do not respect them at all! People getting over looked because their knock in the click etc. Disgusting! Kimberley is full of shhh. This is how jobs lose good people. Smh and putting the wrong people in positions and it goes to their head and they miss treat people and be on a power trip. Nate need a taste of humble pie.

My in-laws moved there 2 months ago. There has been a leak in the room that they don't know where is coming from; and, they have not provided any updates in more than 7 days. Mold and mildew could be growing and there is a hazard for people at their age. Where is building maintenance and health care?

My mother moved into Village Park of Alpharetta the end of June. She previously lived in another assisted living in Alpharetta for almost four years. There is no comparison to where she lived then and Village Park of Alpharetta. She recently commented to me, "I am so happy here!" The residents welcomed my mother and began including her immediately. The nursing staff is wonderful..very attentive..administrators so efficient, always meeting our requests when needed. She loves the food and activities! I highly recommend considering this to be the next home for your loved one!

I moved my mom into this facility and we LOVE everyone! The staff are awesome and so patient... This was an emotional move for my mom... she left the home that she loves and my dad just passed away last year so I was concerned she would feel "alone". She is so happy with her new friends, the staff are so kind and she LOVES the food! I highly recommend this location. I saw the negative reviews... the people they complained about are no longer working there.... :-) I am so at peace knowing my mom is being watched over with kindness and care and she is having fun!
