This was the annual Fall Service and as usual, we have received exceptional service from Neese Jones Heating & Air Conditioning. From this initial scheduling call to the actual service, everyone was very professional and treated us fair. We have been Neese Jones customers for more than 20 years now and we have no plans on switching.

Neese Jones does excellent work at a fair price. I have had them not only put a new system in houses in the past but always use them for any of my heating and cooling needs. I had Chad onsite today doing my winter service and he did a fantastic job.

What are your Rates to replace the Freon and service / clean the unit Residential

We have several different prices. You can get a TUNE UP for $89.00 for the first unit $69.00 for any other unit.. definitely a great value. It includes a standard 1" filter, deep foam cleaning of the outside unit. Then we check all electrical components and refrigerant pressures. You don't ever have to REPLACE freon. If it leaks, then our cost is $110.00 per pound. The solution is to find and repair the leak
