Upon moving in, we did a walk-through. They mentioned 'please let us know of anything you notice so we can attend to it'. I mentioned the missing firing extinguisher, the fire alarm was missing, the chips and scratches on all the cabinets. They reinstated that all this would be taken care of soon while we moved in. They promised a brand new fridge would be brought in as well. I had to bring up it up multiple times over the span of a month while living there already. Then the bathroom sinks started leaking. Then the washer machine leaked a huge puddle on the floor. The staff was continuously dismissive and not in any hurry to fix anything. I tried to be patient with it and was understanding they might have a lot on their plate. But it took a while for most of this to get taken care of. Sink was fixed, then started leaking again, I ended up fixing it. The washer machine I ended up fixing. The new fridge never came, they kept saying the order is coming. But its been almost 5 months. And the scratches and were never taken care of. For the price you're paying, you would expect to have a move-in-ready apartment. Lastly, they replaced my toilet (even though it was working just fine) to bring in a new energy-efficient toilet. This was a different size toilet, which left a sewage brown stain on my bathroom floor. Was told someone would come to fix it. Never happened. This place would be good if the staff was so dismissive and not willing to help. If you don't mind constant headaches, then this is the place for you.
