I’ll start by saying that the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and location was convenient. However we booked online and when we got there was informed we would have to pay $150 for our dogs to stay. That was extremely frustrating because at that point we had no choice but to pay it. Nowhere on the site did it say anything about a pet deposit or price for pets. Even worse, the deposit was non refundable. So we stayed one night and paid more for the pet fee than the room itself.

Positive: The accommodating staff was excellent the housekeeping was great the front desk was perfect as well. Now see m issue came into play I stayed at the place because i had swollen feet from work in fact I ended up staying 2 nig ts. Negative: so I went out and bought some Hospital socks the ones with the grips on the bottoms. As attempting to go to breakfast the next day the lady setting up the breakfast gave me a really hard time embarrassed as well as I was segregated to the outside area

I will always stay at Marriott from here on out, this stay was so great! Top customer service and the staff is so helpful and friendly. We had lots of problems with our travel plans and the staff was 100% helpful!!! Thank you! Rooms are clean beds are comfortable.

Great place to stay when visiting the St. Louis zoo or Grant's Farm if (big if) your family/kids are old enough for taking showers. No bath tubs in the rooms. But travel distance to the attractions was minimal which made it a great place to stay. They served a good morning breakfast which was also very family friendly!
