They were out of chicken today. Placed an online order only to arrive and be told we only have nuggets and tenders UNBELIEVABLE. This location ALWAYS has issues it wouldn’t surprise me if they are closed down before the summer is over

Although the food was good. I never understand why when there is a group of youngsters working. The dining room is always closed. The girl ipened the door in an orange tank top and bra. No uniform shirt. She stated the inside is closed due to short staff. But you could hear music blairing behind her as if they were kicking it. So we went thru the drive thru and it was fast my order was good and hot. All my items where in the bag. But again i could barely hear her because of the background music. When she opened the window she had chicken crumbs in the corners of her mouth and on the feint if her uniform shirt. My mother and I laughed because we already knew she had been eating between orders. I didnt know how to feel about that to be honest. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ Ki da getting tired of all these dinig rooms being closed and we aren't under the pandemic rules at the moment. Its stupid and irritating.

March 2022: They closed an hour before the website says they do. As I sat waiting to be helped, they looked at me then ignored me for 10 minutes. Finally someone shouted at me through a closed window to tell me they are closed, while getting themselves a drink. When I told them their website was incorrect and suggested they update times, or reach out to a manager to help do that they said "that's not my job" and clearly didnt care that it was a bad experience. Hands down the single worst customer service Ive had at any Popeyes. Not a single employee (out of what looked like 5 inside the store) tried to be helpful or even tried to sound interested. As sad as I am to say this, I will not be back - and I strongly recommend you don't waste your time at this location. There's a canes 2 minutes away.
