Food is good but the service is horrific. I arrived at the time when my food was supposed to be ready. I was told multiple times that it would be “just another minute” but then the wait staff would completely disappear for 15 minutes only to come back and say “it’s almost done” yet again. I ended up having to wait 50 minutes for an order of wings and fries. The waitress offered me a free drink for the extra wait time, but what is a free drink after waiting 50 minutes?! Absolutely horrible service and experience.

This place needs a makeover from the top to the bottom. The tables were not thoroughly clean, the servers did not have a knowledge base of the menu, and the food was not good at all. Serval dishes had to be sent back due to them not being done or being over cooked. The Hostess and waitresses did not have great communication with one another and it showed in the attitude and quality of service. I do not recommend you dine here and I will not return here.

It was good. We would go again. It was an odd time to go, so not busy or loud. Food was good. The cheese curds were ok but I wouldn't get again when compared to other snacks. They were greasy and off on flavor. The wings were great. Great flavor choices. My root beer was a bit off flavor, but I was too thirsty

My experience here was horrible. My best friend ant I came to grab dinner. Our server was wonderful but after taking our orders (boneless wings and fries) it took 45+ minutes to receive our food. My friend food looked appetizing, however my buffalo boneless wings looked like they had been cooked and left out hours ago. Dry sauce was caked on the serving platter and my wing had sauce that had dried up. My sever took the wings back and refunded the cost of the replacement wings.
