It’s like a Seinfeld episode every time now. They know how to take the reservation, they just don’t know how to hold the reservation. It’s more of a lack of leadership at this location and region - the representatives seem to be doing their best. Be prepared to wait an hour or more for your car. And to the Enterprise team that will comment on this, thoroughly articulate the plan you will implement to prevent this from happening again. How will this time be different than all of the other times and the copy/paste responses you’ve provided me with in the past? It’s not good enough to simply state the problem (e.g. employee retention, etc.), what’s important is how you plan to address it so your customers are no longer impacted by your issues. Edit: the copy/paste response below speaks volumes about Enterprise.

Worst customer service experience today. And just overall done with enterprise. Save your time and book Hertz or Avis out of Roanoke airport

Only certain circumstances you can use debit card but they prefer credit card. I think they have to hold a big deposit if using debit.
Go on priceline and look for a cheaper rate for the rental truck. If not go talk to one of the branch managers and see if they can give you a better deal.
You drop it off in a space thats there's and go inside and place the keys in a lock box at the Enterprise counter.. they aren't open until 8 I believe just make sure you call them at 8 and tell them you put it in there and they will check and give you the final cost by email or verbally
Ive done it one way from Roanoke regional airport to myrtle beach airport for around $22 one way
