We got a letter in the mail for a free water test. We scheduled a day and Ric Yowell came out and tested our water. This review is basically to say how friendly and easy he is to get along with. I felt comfortable with him in our home. He played with our 18 month old son and he's the kind of guy who could have hung out all day and it would have been totally fine! Thanks Ric Yowell!

Avoid at all costs. Mark, the general manager, worked on our system and broke it. His son came out, charged us more, and made it worse. Mark refuses to take our calls-we’ve tries multiple times. The receptionist will make another service appointment for us in about a month. Unacceptable.
