I have been a Plus Member with Enterprise for some time now. I find the Service given at Enterprise is second to none. During my last Rental (Fall is upon us, and it feels a little cold in the early morning), so I had worn a light sweater jacket. Once I had driven for (4) hours, I had stopped for a bathroom break. I had taken my coat off, and it was stolen…with the key to my Rental vehicle in the pocket!!! This was a harrowing experience! I was unable to enter the vehicle to retrieve my personal belongings; not to mention my inability to drive the Rental vehicle. I began to panic, and thought to contact the nearest Enterprise for assistance. They were so helpful and efficient. The Representative confirmed my Rental…then contacted an excellent Towing Service there in Northern Virginia; who had the necessary tools to unlock the vehicle to get my belongings out. Enterprise sent out an Uber Driver to take me to the Enterprise location, put me in a vehicle to return home in! ALL of this is bundled within my Renal at “No Additional Cost” to me, purely because I had taken the Insurance offered in my initial Rental Contract. Moving forward, please understand that your driving record may be good…but, other outside forces do come into play every time you aren’t a vehicle. For me in this example was: the vehicle key was stolen; the vehicle had to be towed; I had to have an Uber take me to a nearby Enterprise for assistance, and had to have a different vehicle and Contract!!! There’s no justifiable expense in comparison to simply for pennies more utilizing this extra measure of Protection. This stellar Service and Protection is available to Every Customer 😊 Marilyn Cochran Customer

Such garbage. My truck goes in the shop so insurance sets me up with this place. They tell me on the phone that they were bringing me a like vehicle, I guess what they meant is that it's like yours, but real trashy. It's dented. has cigarette butts in the seats. The engine stalls. The tire goes flat every day. and when I asked for help due to the electrical issues with this POS, they back charged me for assistance. Un-freaking-real! Wouldn't even talk to me about it at the local level. Laughed when I told them this wasn't finished. The cooperate office promised to call me back...two weeks today and still crickets. Place is a joke, man. Not only have I cancelled my personal membership with A-holes, but I swear I will walk before I give another thought to using them.

I hesitated to rent after many years ago having a bad experience. Enterprise near Tanglewood helped my fears. I rented a couple weekends ago. The employees -ALL of them were authentically friendly, informative, helpful, understood what i needed, professional- from start to finish!
