Ordered building in Aug 2020, 202x20 metal building.. was told it would be 12 weeks, it was 16.. After they finally came and installe the building, they left scraps in my yard that I had to clean up, The side entry door isn’t installed correctly and won’t shut without slamming and the rubber seal is tore up where it’s so tight, Numerous calls and thy won’t come and fix it. 2 months we have been waiting for them to fix, The building is more expensive than other places but I went with them because I was assured I would be getting a better quality product. If I could have them remove the building and get my money back I would, I used the concrete company they recommended for the slab, Over all if I had to do it again, I would go with another company and safe some $$$$..All we’ve been told is we have to wait until they get someone in our area doing other installs before they can fix it.. Unfortunately they already have my money. Is it my problem they haven’t had anyone in the are in 2 months??? I guess so..

Steve at Pine Creek Structures in Roanoke is personable, professional and most importantly knowledgeable about his products. He will share as much detail as you want to know about the quality made structures. My experience with getting my shed went along easily. Steve gave me information about contacts to help prepare my site, he came and saw the site to help me understand the process and check measurements. He called to follow-up on my progress so that things were moving along to deliver my shed in a timely fashion. He worked quickly on the day I called him to say the site was ready and voila....the shed was delivered shortly thereafter! Very pleased with the experience!! I would not hesitate to work with Pine Creek again!
