My son and his family have lived here for 7 years. They've had no problems at all! Quiet, clean park! Rose in the main office is a wonderful lady! She always has a smile, and is very professional. 😊 5 stars from us!

I am disappointed, my daughter recently purchased a home in Parkhurst Community, Rose in the office was great, but I think she should have disclosed some of the issues with the home before the signing of the lease, the issues once my daughter got into her home, the washer and dryer didn't work properly, (couldn't test no power or water was on) that should have been disclosed to her, had to purchase new for her. Dog feces everywhere, thank god the neighbors finally picked it up, I hope they shorten their leash. Had no idea there were dogs on each side of her, should have made us aware there is a pit bull and husky, she has small children and they love to play outside, might have made a different choice in a different park or home. My daughter seems happy for the moment I guess time will tell.

Thank you Parkhurst Family! We just celebrated our 1st year anniversary in our new home. We love and appreciate our home even more than when we first bought it and we didn't think that possible!! Thank you for your creative financing and your eagerness in helping us find the perfect home. You all went above and beyond taking a chance on a broken family that just needed someone to believe in them. It has changed our whole outlook on life. We love the park, neighbors, Lake Orion school district with an Oxford feel, services offered to the community not to mention you made a young man happy that he didn't have to change schools.
