THE DESIGNER LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED. THE INSTALLERS WERE SO VERY POLITE ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. I WOULD GIVE ALL 3 A 10 STAR HAPPY REVIEW. Hi Dennis, when you pull the drawer open there are these 2 black levers on each side of the glide. One of them you push up the other you pull down and turn pull. The drawer releases that way
