If I could give zero stars I would! They donβt even deserve one star! Terrible customer service. Deposits made into wrong accounts several times and bank managers that know NOTHING about banking/loans! Oxford bank is such a joke now!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use the mobile app because the support system and people working it are useless. I was lied to several time by Jennifer. She seemed to have no idea what was going on with my account and could not resolve the issue. I am sitting in the parking lot of Huntington bank to set up a account with them.

All you have to do is call a branch and let them know you want to be set up with online banking.
