At the moment let rent is 509/month It will drop to 474/month after all city water meters are installed .....it includes rent and trash pickup.school tax....... sewer.......snow removal.

Lot rent is $446 across the board at our community of Lake Villa in oxford. Water, sewer, and school tax are an additional $63. These charges will drop once homes are metered for water throughout the community.
