Is it a town sticker or county sticker that you need ?

Hello new to the area resident of Brookhaven town. Can anyone provide a link where I would buy this parking sticker? Thank you

Just show your license. And you have a choice to get a permit which works at all beaches.or pay each time you go

Honestly, I have been going and no one had been there to check yet, I also go later in the day but as far as I know, all are welcome :)

That's a good question. I think you're better off calling the town of brookhaven to get an accurate answer. There is a little hut that serves food but they are expensive and very busy.

Yes there is pier fishing. If you arent a resident you have to pay to get in.

Not like an event. I'm sure some brave people will try though.

Cedar Beach hours

The beach closes at sunset. From there it's just until the cops come and tell you, you need to leave

I thought the price is based on which town one is from.

They have never asked to see my id or charge me a fee to enter or park after 6pm. I there now and got in free.

Unfortunately they do not offer any water sports 🙁

From what I understand only trained service dogs are allowed. I've seen people with dogs there off season and off hours. There is a dog friendly beach near the Port Jefferson Yacht Club (not too far from Cedar) that some call Doggy Beach.

I don't think so. I believe the concession and supervision of the beach end on labor day.
