Great, they sterilize ALL the carts INSUDE the store, & they hand them off to you as you walk through the doors, unless you let them know you don't need one.... ALL throughout the store they have sanitizing stations for whenever you feel you need to clean your hands....At the end of shopping, before you exit, (if you have a cart) , you give it to them, (workers) who stand by exit door . & they make sure it does NOT leave there store ( carts) , & they sanitize YOUR cart , you just gave them , for the next person walking in..... GREAT cleanliness Procedures in MY opinion, & safe are to shop , & Get GREAT prices , on BRAND name items...
