Went here a few times since I moved here and it’s been such a hit or miss. Kept going back to see if it was isolated incidents and give them another try. The service is just ok and I’ve had issues with not being able to get the designs I want (I mean super duper simple-lines). I always end up getting nothing that I want, except just the color. I’ve got cut a few times. Took my sister there once, she ended up getting fungus on her toe nail and I was so embarrassed taking her there. More recently, my pedicure was horrible. For my gel mani-I showed a simple design and the lady said she can do it. Had to remove it and switched to an even simpler design with 3 lines… had to wipe it at least 3-4 times until I gave up. Not only that, my nails chipped less than a week later. usually my gel manicures last at least 2 weeks or more without any issues. I also have noticed no cleaning in between clients and dirty tools. Won’t be going here again, sadly. Was hoping this would be my spot since it is close to home.
