You have to be insane to live at this place. I lived here but I moved because there is practically no way to get in or out of the place. As you can see from my pictures, there is the one tiny road that has cars coming in and out. In addition, dozens of people (who look homeless) are always walking on it. It's a real hazard and I couldn't deal with it so I broke my lease and moved. Any one who puts up with this is nut. Especially when there are other great options like Summit Court, Vermella and Meridian all within a mile or so of this dump. Please, do yourself a favor and spend your valuable money elsewhere.

I visit my friends apartment from time to time at the Canter Green Apartments and the marijuana and noise pollution of the neighbors is unacceptable. It's very unfair to the tenants and It's a shame that the management allows this to happen to this private community.

The apartments even though they look nice are very noisy so if you like peace and to relax this 'community' is definitely not recommended . A friend of mine lives on the 2nd floor and I don't know how many people live above him but they sound like a family of elephants. They stomp, bang, thrown things in the floor, hammer, etc. all day every day and all night even after hours. Now I have lived in older buildings so I am used to hearing lots of noises from the other tenants but I thought with a new build, higher end apartment they would have installed some kind of sound proofing/dampening between units but I don't think that's the case. I am very disappointed in that as I feel that my friend can not fully relax and enjoy his home (as he should) when dealing with the stomping, banging, and shaking from above, I was thinking to move here but I changed my mind after my experience. Don't bother with front desk manager, he won't help, it's a year that my friend lives in this building and nothing good happened ...on the contrary it's getting worst!
