I understand it, but so you know my child is 15 years old, and not 5 like you said. I didn’t even get to say how old my child was, before I got hung up on.

Horrible customer service! I just called to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist yelled at me saying she could barely hear me. I apologized and asked a question again, then she proceeded by just said they weren't taking any teenager patients, and hung up on me.
