Yes, if you have a sticker you do not pay the hourly fee. No sticker and you pay the hourly fee. You enter your license plate number and then pay at one of the kiosks.
I think all you need is a 2021 sticker or you most put money 💰in the machine but is not Numbers on the ground. I dont understand 😕
I can't even purchase a sticker cause online service don't recognize my house address or I need to make appointment to go to the Brookhaven office. I don't have time because my hours are the same as Brookhaven office.
When I was there, I saw it was only if you didn't have a Brookhaven sticker that you had to pay the parking meters. That was literally less than a week ago but I'm not 100% sure since I haven't gotten a sticker yet myself.
