Nice little park with a fair ciew of the Hudson.

It's a great place for a walk and run, with views of the New Jersey coast across the Hudson River. There are also bars along the shore and occasional open-air movie and music events.

Yes you can walk by the Hudson it's called the Cherry walk
The park is next to the river. Maybe some parts near the park are available for public parking but I am not aware of a specific parking area. You can find a parking spot in a street near the park and then walk to the park. Be aware that the highway, in many parts of the park, runs next to the park. Hope this helps.
