Decided to check out some things the wife was wanting to get into. After browsing I had a few questions. Stood in the line at the counter letting multiple people go ahead of me because I didn’t want to hold them up. After waiting about 25 minutes I told the clerk I had 2 questions about about products. She answered one and stated they don’t have that item and initially said next. She was super rude and I was ready to spend what ever it cost for them to point me in a better direction for the wife or order something she was looking for. Pretty unhappy with the customer service. Won’t be back to this location.

Went here having never been to an adult shop before. Looked around for awhile to take in all that they were selling. There was one man working the counter. This is a smaller location not a mega center so I knew they wouldn’t have as much. I was looking at one of the vibrator packages. I noticed that it was taped back closed after having been opened. Upon further looking the items had clearly been used because there was imprints on the clear plastic cover of that looked to be dried lube. That’s unsanitary to sell used items. Also prices were higher than buying online. I’d suggest going to check out what they have then buying what you want online. But wish they had a larger selection.

They have gotten a lot more product lately, a lot of fun, new stuff. Prices are really good too, and the clerks are super helpful especially if you ask for help. Don't try to bring babies or kids in the store, it's against the law and disgusting anyway. I highly recommend this place.

This is an awesome store. They have a large variety of products to choose from, including rechargeable. I highly recommend people go and see what new items they have in stock. The staff is helpful if you have you have any questions too.
