Checking in to the place the front desk lady was nice, HOWEVER there were so many other issues. We get to the room and I’m looking for the tv remote, I call the front desk. I was told by a black lady to look in the bed or under the bed for the remote. No customer service! I find one of the cleaning ladies and she sent one of the guys. If I knew the lady’s name I would have shouted her out. When we get back from being out, I notice that the ceiling is leaking water and the bathroom floor is wet and the tub is too. The mini fridge was also broken, I couldn’t even use it. can tell that the maintenance and upkeep of this hotel is poor quality. I would definitely not rent here EVER again!!! The keys to get into your room flash red after a day or two and I’m staying for 5 days. As for the front desk lady that checked us in, I Wish I could shout her out also because she was really courteous.

Clean rooms, but nothing special. The service was excellent. Everyone at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Even the cleaning crew was kind and respectful of privacy. The location isn't good if you're trying to do/see anything interesting easily. There's a Circle K within walking distance and other than that, it's just off the highway. A good 20 minutes to downtown.

First room we went to smelled like sewage, but they were able to give us a different room quickly. We stayed 5 nights We had a lightbulb go out while we were there and they quickly came to fix it, but the maintenance person left cut wires and dust on the counter. We requested a room refresh once which was done nicely. No free breakfast. There is a restaurant and bar on site

We had a issue with booking at the holiday Inn shiloh with the pool which was suppose to be open. Because we was booking solely for the purpose of a pool we was lucky enough to stay at this hotel which we have many times in the past. Rachel L was so accommodating after telling us she had a double queen then upon arrival it wasn't available so we got a discount rate for a king suite which worked out perfectly for us. The hotel staff was amazing. The breakfast we decided to eat at the hotel was very blank but our waitress was more than phenomenal! We will be staying again!
