I walked into the hotel lobby to book a room and the receptionist, without looking up from her phone, very shortly told me that there were no rooms available. Upon looking online, there were rooms available. So we booked the rooms. I walked in to check in and the receptionist rolled her eyes and said "I told you there were no rooms. I hate when they do this." Do what? Not sure. But she really drove home that I inconvenienced her by booking a room Cue me experiencing the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did the woman treat her trainee like a dog- she also treated me like one. She consistently made me feel bad for STAYING AT THE HOTEL. While my stay at the hotel itself was fine, the customer service absolutely ruined my entire experience.

Positive: The staff was very kind and helpful. We had an issue with the reservation and they worked to fix it. I really appreciate that. Negative: It is a little run down for a Countryside. I was expecting a little nicer. The breakfast was hot, which was nice but the muffins were stale. Eggs tasted powdered.

The room was absolutely filthy. The bottom of our socks and feet were black. Dust all over tables and desks. Beds were rock hard! Housekeeping woke us up and we had our DND sign out. The best part was the awesome front desk staff. We will not stay here again unfortunately.

Very clean room and public areas. Front desk staff polite, very friendly and professional. They genuinely want to make your stay a great experience. Breakfast selections were tasty and plentiful. Would stay again
