This hotel was booked by myself around 1-2 months in advance. On the way, I called to see if they had a crib or pack and play because I forgot mine, but could have turned around to get it. They confirmed that they had them. Much to my surprise, when I arrived I was told they did not offer these. If I would have know , I could have turned around to get mine. Then, I arrived and the keys would not open the room. We tried 4 different times and the clerk tried his master key. He called his GM and she had an extra room. He took us to this room and it was dirty! The bed had clearly been laid in and the towels were dirty. They offered me a DISCOUNT to clean my own room! There were no rooms available in the area and the GM refused to offer any assistance. During my 2.5 hours in the lobby trying to resolve this issue with choice hotels and the clerk many people came to complain about dirty rooms. Each time, he told the GM and she refused to come in and help him or do anything for the customers. I felt terrible for the clerk. I called today (Monday), as I was told to do to request a refund for the room I didn’t stay in. The GM still wasn't there! I was issued a refund (so I have been told). Do not stay here!

I will start by saying that the staff were very nice. This hotel is extremely short staffed and it shows. Our room was not clean!!! Food on the floor, dirty walls, mold in the bathroom. Dirty floors thru out the hotel. Black mold all over the wall in the public bathroom. No towels in the pool area and the pool area was dirty. The pool area Looked the same when we checked in and when we left, completely a mess. The heater was completely broken in our room. The bathroom floor tile was cracked and dangerous for my small son to be around. This place could be great if they had a good cleaning team. The front desk people were very friendly.

Our room needed major upgrades. The furniture was old and falling apart. The heat/ac unit was falling apart. The tile sealant around the bathtub was old and corroded, and had mold in areas. The sofa had stains and tears. The carpet looked very old. It seemed like our room was not thoroughly cleaned due to the furniture being dusty. Went down to breakfast 1 hour before it ended, and they ran out of items. Never saw a staff member come out and check to see what items needed to be replenished for breakfast. The only thing positive about our stay was the staff were friendly.

Decent place, but overpriced. Decor and facility is modern, but service is questionable. When we arrived, none of the rooms of our reservation (2 queen suite) were clean. When we were given a room, it was clearly not vacuumed, parts of the room were broken, and the toilet did not work. When we asked for a new room, the second room was decent (although we had 3 box elder bugs in it). Breakfast was very good with excellent service. Hotel public areas were clean and looked nice. Pool is extremely small. Good location close to stores and restaurants. If my family was coming through again, I would look for comparable options elsewhere.
