Waiter was very unpleasant. Seemed upset for most of our visit. It was me my sister my daughter and a friend. Ordered a fried chicken sandwich and my side was a salad. Salad was fine chicken sandwich was burnt. My daughter ordered boonless wings with a spicy sauce her was also burnt barely edible. We ate what we could. Have not been to TGI Friday's since I was about 20 living in St Louis. Prior to this time never had been to the location in Fairview will not be returning.

The manager sat down and ate with his wife and child while the rest of the staff struggled to stay caught up during the “dinner rush”. There were 6 of us and each received our meal one at a time, 5+ minutes apart. TGIF you could do much better and would certainly have more of a dinner rush if you did so.

Me and my family went In and waited for 5 minutes patiently to be seated, a hostess came up and asked us if we were waiting to be seated and my dad said yes , we asked for a table for 9 and she said we wouldn’t be able to sit together and we said that was fine but she wanted to sit us at two different locations in the restaurant, my mom proceeded to ask again if we had to sit all the way across from each other in the restaurant and if we couldn’t sit any closer , she then said she would go get the manager . The manager came and told my dad we had to leave because we were being “rude” to the hostess . Not in one moment we’re me my dad or my mother rude at all on the other hand we were being very patient and had even agreed to being seated separately or at least somewhat close to each other since we came in as a family. We asked the manager to ask the hostess to come speak with us and explain how we were rude but he kept denying and asked us to just leave.

The mozzarella sticks came out after a 40 min wait for them and they weren’t even cooked all the way. The second picture is how they were suppose to look. Our waiter paid no attention to us. Forgot our salad. Forgot our wings. All around from food to service I was dissatisfied. 0/10
