I filed with the state for child support. I gave the parent's name, address, phone number, employer name and address, and other info. 9 months later I called and NOTHING had been done. They said they needed his date of birth. I didn't have that info. At month 10 I called back and nothing changed. I said why don't you pick up the phone and call him and ask? So I hung up and started googling and did a search and found it. Unacceptable, ridiculous, pathetic, and idiotic are the kindest words I have for them. If you have to deal with them I wish you luck.

Wow… the reviews matches the reason this company has a 2.1 rate on their reviews. I never in my life had to call this company until today in the young man was a fast talker for one, then was stumbling over his own words because he was talking really fast. I was explaining to him this is my first time ever calling in I needed some assistance. He was talking like if he was overwhelmed by his last caller maybe I don’t know, so he said I’m going to put you on a brief hold and look into your account, now I’m waiting on hold then his phone hung up on me. This almost brought tears to my eyes because. I waited on hold for 25mins and still didn’t accomplish anything. I miss good customer service so much than people nowadays need balance.

Everything the government does for you is not free. Stop using the government as a support mechanism and you can buy the services yourself with the $1200.00.

Our state system does not pick upon those paid in cash. There are other ways we can enforce and make the father pay other than an IWO ( Income Witholding Order) if the non custodial parent does not have a wage earning job. Please contact your local county Child Support Office for more information.

If you are on public assistance you will not be able to but you can request it through court. you will just have to call them. Make sure you get a name with who you spoke to and write it down

It depends on the crime where they were arrested and the amount of money that the state is charging you
Tennessee Child Support Receipting Unit. You should have a TCSES #. Not Juvenile Court unless that is ordered by the Court.
