Our state system does not pick upon those paid in cash. There are other ways we can enforce and make the father pay other than an IWO ( Income Witholding Order) if the non custodial parent does not have a wage earning job. Please contact your local county Child Support Office for more information.
He was getting paid under the table so they couldn't take anything from him if he was getting a paycheck it would be different
