Ratchet af. Employees are nice but they are TIED (AAVE for very tired). The store isn’t as messy as one would expect from Ross. Reasonably clean. But this place is ratchet. Every single time I go there’s always an “incident”. Last time the police showed up because a customer and employee got into it. Also, the line is always LONG. It could be early AM and only 4 people in the store, somehow the line takes >30 min (exaggeration but I usually end up ditching the stuff I want to pay for because I can’t handle the line). Selection isn’t bad! I’ve found a few cute things if you’re willing to dig (per usual at Ross).

If you want to be harassed (pretending to make friendly conversation and follow me around and stare at me shop for underwear) by employees who are suspicious of theft (which was not happening) this is your place. I called to discuss if this practice is common at this store as luckily I have never been subjected to it at any other store. The manager on duty did not deny this is what was happening. Essentially confirmed they do that to people. Disgusting. Nothing at Ross is even worth stealing anyways. The way she was following me you'd think I was about to walk out with a chanel bag.
