I had the worst time ever. Poor communication, no professionalism, liars (I had made an appointment with “Abigail”, & honestly, I don’t even know who they took me to) my paperwork almost got lost if I had not insisted on my case. Always “promised”, but never did. I had to go to their office 3 times. Absolute disaster, will never go back.

No response, emailed them to info no one hot back to me over the weekend ended up calling for the reception lady to tell me that they would file it on time after she told me my tax accountant had left for the day. Never again

The services here are Bad! No explanations from the workers. Total lack of communication! I was really disappointed of this place I will personally not recommend!

Of course, if you make an appointment, they take care of you according to your appointment, but if you go without an appointment, they also take care of you because they have staff to understand clients without an appointment, I did not make an appointment and they attended me quickly, they take care of themselves and many blessings
