Worst location EVER . I was told several different answers when I called to inquire about a desktop computer { I ALREADY paid for online } I simply wanted to know when I would be about to receive the item { even though the representative that made the order for me told me same day delivery } I just wanted to confirm with the store . First time I called the young lady was able to pull up my online order and told me she simply had to { confirm } my references then we could proceed with delivering the item SAME DAY . I gave her a few hours to confirm everything . I called a SECOND time and spoke to a male . I explained everything to him and he ALSO said I would be getting the item SAME DAY (few hours pass) I call for a 3rd time and asked to speak to the manager , who didn't want to say his name CLEARLY so I'm ASUMMING he said his name was EMMANUEL ,I explained to him what happen and all he told me was [ I TELL THEM ALL THE TIME TO NEVER SAY SAME DAY SAY 48 HOURS] So I'm like well they told me WRONG information you as a MANAGER NOW HAVE TO FIX THE ISSUES YOUR {{ TRAINED BY YOU }} STAFF HAS CAUSED . He proceeds to cut me off and raise his voice . TALK ABOUT LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE . NO worries he will be hearing from his higher ups little do they know WHO I KNOW .
