Trite Observations

Recent renovations did a lot for this place, the rooms are comfortable and the furnishings were all clean and in good shape. I'm always a fan of a waffle maker at the continental breakfast.

Room had a musky odor, Had to buy some lysol. (3 night stay)Waited till after three o'clock to get room cleaned after asking twice. Accused of smoking in a rude way.If I wanted to smoke I would have not ask for non smoking. Wasn't informed that there was no swimming pool till after we noticed it was cemented in for a patio to be built. That's my last stay there. Not Happy.

Stopped here for a quick night while traveling & it was interesting… I will say, the ONLY reason this is not a 1 star is the staff. They are super nice here. This part of the city isn’t great. We had a fire alarm go off around 2:00 am due to black folks smoking weed. Before that, they were outside our window being loud, blasting music. According to the staff, they got arrested so yeah, not a great area. I was scared to leave my car out in the parking lot.

The most outstanding quality is the customer service, the 3 ladies who run shifts are all great and well trained. Always willing to help with a comforting smile. My daughter locked us out of the room countless times and we never received a frown. I am still here, and it’s great
