I would like to thank James for hanging my new ceiling fan. It was a nice surprise to come home to. James is always polite and helpful, and leaves no mess. Thanks James!

I lived at Heritage Trail Apartments for 9 months (8/21 to 5/22) during my senior year at university. I liked the location and nearby trail, as well as the ample space for my dog to play behind the apartment. It was also relatively safe; I accidentally left my garage open when I went to class and came back to all my stuff still there. Maintenance is usually prompt; they fixed my garage door in less than an hour when I tried to leave and it wasn't working. The biggest issue I have is with management. There was an issue with a pillar on my patio (holds up the balcony above me) where the wood was absolutely rotten under the trim, and they tried to fine me $300 for my dog knocking it loose. The staff on site were completely defensive and unwilling to work with me. They refused to claim any fault for the damaged pillars. I ended up calling corporate and got it down to $150 since the pillar shouldn't have moved anyways, but I know I'm not the only one who had to get their pillars replaced because of this issue. It was an inconvenience to me, but someone could have been seriously hurt if the pillar and balcony collapsed. That said, the pet fee I had initially paid at move-in covered the repair for the scratches my dog made on the wall next to the patio door, so they didn't charge me for any damages. Every apartment complex has it's issues; you could do much worse than this one.

Our family has been at Heritage Trail for almost 2 years now, and our experience has been fantastic. I’m always surprised with the quick response times from the friendly front office. Anytime we have had an issue in our apartment, there has always been help sent to us within a timely manner. The grounds are kept nicely, and the maintenance staff feels just like a part of the community, always friendly and waving. We would recommend Heritage Trail to anyone looking for a place to call home, whether it is temporary or long term.

Heritage Trails is a clean, safe and well kept apartment community. They offer a lot of amenities to their tenants. Very pet friendly. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. Overall, great place to live. Only issue I’ve had is management and the front office can be a little difficult to work with at times.
