Right off the main highway. We had so much fun. 2 nights was hardly enough time for us to do all the activities. The campground is child friendly but the older ones will have a lot to do too. The pool was clean as well as the whole place actually. It really was an amazing gem in the woods. We had a cabin and our granddaughter loved it. Nice beds and air conditioned!

The campgrounds were clean., The owner and their staff were friendly caring, and helpful. We arrived an hour before they opened on a holiday. We changed rooms three times and got the one we needed The housekeeping was only suppose to work a half of a day but stayed over to make sure our cabin was perfect and that we had everything we needed. When we come back you can count on us staying at Terra Houte Campgrounds

We stayed here one night as we were driving from the east coast to Colorado. The campground is close to I-70 but set far enough away from it that you don't hear traffic all night long. We had a pull through site that was perfectly level which made set up and break down a breeze. Campground had two donkeys in a pen that liked to be petted which was unique as we haven't seen that before. Campground was clean and well kept. Campground store was stocked with essentials and clean. The staff person at the desk was friendly. What we really liked about this campground was they allowed us to stay one night on a weekend compared to most campgrounds closer to Indianapolis required a two night minimum for weekends. All in all, would recommend this campground!

The campground was very nice and very clean. Access is relatively easy to get to from the interstate (I-70) which makes it nice. We arrived after hours and our check-in slip was ready with a map to our site. The campground was quite full and the employees were busy prepping for the coming camping season. The employees were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. We stayed for 4 nights in spot 12 which was conveniently located to the facilities. Would highly recommend it for a long weekend or if just passing through.

No 6 mos a year. But there is some sites rent by the mo all year I was told. I talked to a person that rents by the mo for $750 plus electric. I told them I thought that was over priced.
I am sure they are open year round. Its a nice place even had a restaurant. We always stop coming or going from Oklahoma to Ohio
Not the last time we were there, Dec of 2017
I want to say for it's $25 a night. You ca contact them directly.
