When I checked into my room I was greeted with big black ants. In a matter of 15 mins I had already killed 23 of them. I grabbed my bags and went to the front desk and asked for a different room. The desk clerk did give a different room but did not even apologize for my inconvenience. The 2nd room was ant free but smelled musky and the air conditioning only cooled the room down to 75 degrees. I will never stay at this Comfort Suite again.

Staff that checked us in she was friendly, polite, professional, and went out of her way to accommodate our request and questions. Rooms were large with a couch and 2 queens. Bathroom well supplied and the room was clean. We stayed here after a disappointing reservation at Sleep Inn who did not care if I stayed there or not.

Positive: Hotel was very clean and breakfast was varied and good. Our room was surprisingly spacious and very clean, the toiletries were well stocked. No bed bugs and the mattress was clean. Negative: The guy checking us in had loud music on in the lobby that we could hear through our hotel door that night well after 9 pm. Also the door to room 207 scrapes the floor VERY LOUDLY and doesn¿t close all the way like it should. We could not lock the door

It was alright. The rooms were impressive, but the elevator was out the last I was there & I hv trouble walking, especially navigating stairs. I was on the second floor & it was a challenge, cuz the elevators were out all weekend & we were informed that they wouldn't be repair til Monday some time. Otherwise room was above average & I enjoyed the complete breakfast which didn't end til 10:00 on Sunday. I would give this place a 2 out of 5, or a 5 out of 10.
It depends on if you got a heavy discount out not. If you get the absolute best price through a booking website then they usually carry a non cancellation clause. Otherwise you can usually cancel within 48 hours of your stay with no penalty.
It's best to call the hotel and ask them what the monthly rate is I stayed I think 5 to 6 days and it cost me $500
