We visited Nashville in April. We used this cab company to get from the airport to our hotel on Broadway. Our driver’s name was Salam. He was professional and got us to our hotel safely. Little did we know, our daughter’s brand-new cell phone fell out of her pocket. We tracked it and saw it go further and further away from us, toward the airport! I called the main number, and Henry Brown helped us figure out that Salam was our driver and put us in contact with him! Both Salam and Henry went above and beyond that day. Salam brought the cell back to us after he drove his next customer. Incredible. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Total rip off - stay away!!! Driver did not put on the meter and then wanted 38$ for an 10min drive, which is 9$ with UBER. After refusing to pay that, he said: okay give me what have. DO NOT USE!!!

With a call ahead the day before, they are always there to pick me up on time.
It has become a moving target due to gas prices and inflation. I would call them and ask if you can plan ahead for any trip. They have told me that they are having difficulties hiring drivers. When they very busy for a trip to the airport the next day, they called other companies and lined up a cab for me. Thats above and beyond.
As reliable as any business in these difficult times and with difficulty hiring. Supply and demand, too much demand, not enough supply.

Yes you can pay with cash. Cost to the airport is based on miles. It is $3.00 to get in and $2.00 a mile.
That's terrible. Hate taxis here in Nashville. I use them out of desperation otherwise uber.
