When we tell you the cost of your local or long distance move or other service, it’s guaranteed “not to exceed” pricing, rather than a typical flat rate. So, we’ll tell you the price, but if your service ends up costing less than we thought, we’ll charge you less. But, we’ll never charge you more. We don’t overbook. If we tell you there’s time, and we’ll be there … we will.
