Finding my dress at Ellie's Bridal was such a great experience. I loved that we were able to search through the racks of dresses to pull out ones to try on since a lot of places don't allow you to do that. During the appointment, Jane was so fun to work with and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision quickly. The store has so many options so it was so easy to find my dream dress here! Alterations here was also so knowledgeable and made the perfect adjustments to the dress. Definitely recommend shopping here for your wedding gown!

I had a great experience at Ellie's. Skyy was my consultant. She was so helpful, made me feel very comfortable, and navigated my appointment wonderfully knowing I had already been to a number of shops and had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, just hadn't found the one. Even as time grew short, she assured me I could try on each of my favorites one more time to feel confident in saying "yes". Honestly, the tone was really set when I called the day before just about closing time on a Saturday (when I'm sure the shop was busy) and she took the time to answer a few questions for me and even recommend a few dresses for me to look up that they had in shop before making the drive up from Richmond. Very glad I made the impulse appointment and the drive. Thank you!!
