Store hours say 7am. But no one shows up until after 9am. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered a smoothie from this location and they are just closed when I show up before work and have to leave without my smoothie but they sure took my money. Phone number doesn’t work. Corporate office phone number doesn’t work. What a joke. Skip this place.

The absolute worst service, do not come to this store, the people working here , 100% do not want to be here, it’s almost as if they were going as slow as possible purpose..

Visited this location often but unfortunately I've been turned off. My husband and I ordered smoothies from them yesterday (8/31/22) and I found pieces of plastic in my smoothie. It had to have been blended with the smoothie. Some pieces I was able to catch before I swallowed, but others were small enough that I know I ingested plastic! I have yet to recieve an apology or even an attempt to find out how plastic got blended with my drink.

Not enough staff, no guidance also had to buy my own bananas the main ingredient to a banana boat lol waited 20 min to come to find out that bananas were out since the morning.. not practical for proactive people like my self.. I had to make a harmless negative review The only way to make a change now a days.. and paid full price for my smoothies
