Grant and the team are great. I had no idea these guys were located so close to my office after all of these years. The service is top-notch. These folks are very reasonable and are willing to go above and beyond to help make you happy. Of course, as customer, you too must have reasonable expectations. Please note, supplies are limited due to COVID-19, but try not to be too disappointed. Ask Grant to order the item for you and be patient. With enthusiasm, he will order the item for you and keep you updated when it comes to tracking the item.

It's probably good to call the head just in case they're very busy but most of the time walking in this good as well. However it's a if it's a special bike fitting you definitely want to call ahead to make sure that the right person is there for you to fit you.
Bicycle Generation does rent bikes, but they're beach cruisers - being the close proximity to the beach. and as far as E-bikes: for sale but not for rent. Great place 👍🏼💯
