After a very recent theft of my wife’s wallet, I decided to call Curt to help us decide on a safe for our home. We stopped in the showroom and was greeted with a bunch of friendly cats (love them) and perused the showroom. Curt was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the safes he offers. I was looking at Fort Knox safes in the beginning and after researching we decided with an Israel safe: ISM Bullion TL-30. I paid in full and scheduled the delivery a week later. A week went by and there was an issue with the electronic lock and it was going to be too long for the manufacturer to replace that exact model. He was not happy with the turnaround time so Curt made a business decision to upgrade to an ISM Ultra Vault TL30x6 (higher protection on all 6 sides, all tool, torch, fire) proof at no additional cost to us. Initially we were upset however this gesture proved to us his moral character, integrity, and ethics of his business. A week later the upgraded safe was delivered and his 4 man team navigated, installed and leveled this 3,000 lb. safe with ease. We are beyond super elated with the safe and look forward to the many years of protection of our families most valuable assets. Thank you again Curt!!

Experience was fine until delivery occurred. The installer didn’t properly level the gun safe with shims so pushing on it caused the entire safe to rock back and forth to an alarming degree. I had to pay a another safe installation company $400 to lift the safe and properly level with pads after calling the owner and essentially being told it was no longer his problem. A disappointing end to an otherwise excellent experience.
