Really comfy bed, AC was cold, tv was nice. Complimentary breakfast was really good and housekeeping was nice. I liked that checkin was at 3 and checkout was at 11. Perfect for my son and I as we visited Hilton Head. We would definitely stay here again. Quite a few restaurants around and Kroger next door. Hotel seemed pretty quiet, we were on the 3rd floor and all the employees were polite and helpful.

Location was perfect for my business trip. Room had a few quirks. Iron. Had no off option, heat control due to button being broken. Fridge in room had no rack inside the door to put items in. Could only take a shower, as drain plug for that was not functional. Spoke to same employee, due to my work schedule, and was told it was aa housekeeping issue. Not hers housekeeping had left for day each day, again due to my business schedule .

First thank you to Janvaria and John. Both are great employees. Took a while to get to the review. Stay was great. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was a little less than the past and other Choice Hotels. But I am understanding, the pandemic has kicked us all. Of course we will be staying here again. See ya then.

The hotel stay would have been fine, except we did not have hot water and the way they dealt with the situation was subpar. We arrived in the evening, around 8pm. Once we settled in it was about 10pm when we were going to shower. No hot water. Called the front desk, they said they were aware and are working to resolve. Ok no problem. Things happen. In the morning they said the issue had been fixed. It had not. The water was luke warm at best. I called down, they said they were still working on it and would be turning up the temp I requested a refund for the first night. They said they would issue a refund and the water would be fixed. At around 3-4pm we checked again and there was warmer water coming from the sink faucet. It stopped shortly after that and shower was cold again. We decided to leave. We went to the front desk, I asked for a manager. They said that the manager would be in the next morning by 7am. I told them we hadn’t had hot water 2 days and were leaving because of that. The front desk person did not care at all. I called the next morning, they told me they had refunded me 1 night, which I appreciate and told them so, but that I wanted to talk to a manager about the second day and get a refund. They said a manager would call me. I realize not having hot water happens and most likely out of their control, but the way the situation was handled was poor. I still have not received a call from a manager at the property and it’s been 2 days since we left.

Sounds about right.
We spoke to the front desk and we were able to check in a few hours earlier.
