If I could give a 0 .... I would .... what you did to our family and beloved son. You sent his donation to China? Really, 2 billion people in China there and you couldn't find someone here? Never again.

We were treated so well, the process is quite overwhelming. They helped us through all of this, and treated us very kindly

How do you start a review about the most compassionate and caring organization. I am a donor mom and have been an advocate for 15+ years. They continue to support and care about my family. During the most difficult decision a family has to make, they were there to explain the process of organ donation. I felt no pressure from them and I said absolutely to donating my daughters organs at the time of her death. No mother ever should have to make that decision but I'm so glad I did. Because of donating 3 people have had a second chance of life. if you are in doubt about organ donation please take a moment and educate yourself. You could be someones hero.

My daughter became an organ, eye, and tissue donor after a tragic accident in 2011. During the darkest days of our lives, Donor Alliance arrived on the scene like a blanket of comfort and grace. Soon afterwards, my family became involved in the Advocates for Life volunteer program, which has unlocked so many opportunities for us to share our story and help raise awareness. From my very first encounter to present day, I have found every staff member to be compassionate and considerate. My family and I have a deep, deep love for Donor Alliance, the entire staff, and everything the organization has brought to our lives.

Hi Tom- We do accept donations in honor of loved ones. You can go online to DonorAlliance.org/Contribute or submit via postal mail to: Donor Alliance 200 Spruce St. Denver, CO Be sure to note who the donation is in honor of and we will notify the family. Thanks so much for your generosity and recognition of this amazing individual.
Hi Amy, No. Per the National Organ Transplant Act of 1984, organ procurement organizations that recover organs for transplantation purposes cannot provide valuable consideration (including paying for funeral arrangements) in exchange for anatomical donations. Whole body donation organizations that recover organs and tissues for medical education and research are not bound by the same regulations however. More information on frequently asked questions can be found here: https://www.donoralliance.org/understanding-donation/why-donate/donation-faq/ or here: http://www.donatelifecolorado.org/facts-and-questions/. Hope that helps.
