My husband went in to get boots. No one helped him, everyone was more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers. Will be going back to French's in Crossville. They have much better service and care about customers

We don't require mask it is the customers choice but we do encourage 6 feet apart.
Im.sure if they don't have in store, they will find in another one of their stores, they are very willing to help you with your needs as they did for me and everyone else that I've talked to
