I love this place. It's quiet except for the planes, trains, and automobiles. People are nice, the man that runs the place is a great guy on top of everything else. And my neighbors that I have met, have also been really nice people as well. Very happy that this is not a large park, but close to everything all at the same time.

I liked it here. Everybody was friendly and at the same time respected your privacy. The management was very easy to deal with. I stayed 60 days for a project I was committed to. I will surely like to stay here again.

If you're looking for a NO FRILLS RV park in Charleston, SC, with monthly rental rates, which include electrical, this is the place! Please keep in mind, this is NOT a resort, with a pool, putting green, laundry and shower facilities but for Charleston, SC, the price is right and the owner(s) are very accommodating.

The campground does not have cable. It is primarily a long term site, so those who want cable or Internet just contact Comcast and get it, They come out, set up the wiring, and you're good to go. There is an Xfinity wifi hotspot nearby but it is slower than having your own internet. Comcast services this area though, no problem.
The campground does not have free cable but Comcast does service the area. Most campers at Fain are long term and just have Comcast come out and hook them up for cable, internet, etc. FYI, there is an Xfinity wifi hotspot nearby that is free.

If you take I-26 it is around , 15 miles to downtown Summerville. It takes about 20 minutes with light traffic.
